Groups and Permissions

System Permissions are what control how users registered in the system interact with the system. All Applications and actions within those applications come handy with assignable permissions that dictate who can use them. Permissions are complex. We take the guess work out of it for you by enabling fine-grained individual and group based permissions that enable the complete control of user interaction throughout the system. We have 2 types of permissions in the system:

Group Permissions which are used to manage multiple users belonging to a specific group in the system. Group Permissions have two types, System Generated; such as "Admin", "Corporate", "Onsite Manager", and "Onsite Staff", and then you can create Custom Groups for your needs as described below.

Individual User Permissions which are a bit more specific in that any permission not assigned to a particular group can be assigned to an individual user of that group. You use the combination of these permissions for complete control of the users in your system.
