Admin Guide: Users

What

Users are naturally the "users" that use the system. All staff users belong to a Group in the system, these groups are:
Admin, Corporate, Onsite Manager, or Onsite Staff by default. However, you also have the ability to add any Custom Groups you want

Why

User creation, editing, and management should be easy. Everything you need to accomplish with a user is available in this section.

How

The interface in this section is quite intuitive, it provides easy navigational buttons to direct you to the actions you want to perform. Most importantly look at the "Create New" button in the header of the page; this allows you to create new staff users for the system. Then to accomplish actions specific to the user, look at the "" Options Cog in each user row.

Assigned Properties

All Users are assigned Properties in which they have access to in the system. Admin Users has access to all Properties by default, each of the other user-types must be assigned the appropriate Property to use in the system. Without granting users access to a Property they cannot view any information associated with it.
