Staff Reminders Guide

Staff reminders are a personal reminder that you can setup in ExactEstate. Only the staff member who setup the reminder can see, edit, and dismiss it from their reminder calendar. When the date for the reminder has come (or past), a bell icon will appear on the bottom right on all pages until the reminder is dismissed.

Step 1

Navigate to the Reminder Calender through the navigation on the left.

Step 2

Once you are on the Reminder Calendar page, click the 'Create Reminder' button found above the calendar

Fill out the form to setup your reminder.

Step 1

A glowing bell will appear on the bottom right hand side of all pages once a reminder date has come or past.

Clicking on the bell will show a list of all current and past reminders.

Step 1

Navigate to the Reminder Calender through the navigation on the left.

Click on the reminder that you want to edit

Click the 'Edit Reminder' button

Click on the reminder that you want to dismiss

Click the "Dismiss Reminder" button
