Unit Details

The "Unit Details" page is the base set of details and actions that can be done to a Unit. To get there, you will need to select the "Details" link for the Options dialog on the Unit Search page.

The capability of the search and filtering options with our tables can be seen in the Table Functionality tab of the Getting Started section of this guide.

Step 1: Unit Ready Status

Toggle the switch under "Unit Ready" to make a Unit ready or not for Move-In.

Step 2: Payment Lock

Toggle the switch under "Payments Locked" to enable or disable a Unit for being able to make a payment to settle a Balance.

Step 3: Under Eviction

Toggle the switch under "Under Eviction" to place a Unit under eviction or remove it. Note that placing a Unit under eviction also locks payments for that Unit.

The Unit Information accordion tab displays Floorplan, Designation, and Pricing information.

You also have the ability to quickly link to the Inspection History for the Unit by clicking the "Inspections History" button.

Vacating Units

The Unit Information accordion also displays options for vacating a unit and revoking a notice to vacate.

NOTE: These options will not be enabled unless you have permission to vacate residents.

Vacating Secondary Residents

It is possible to vacate a single secondary resident, in the event you do not want to vacate the entire unit.

NOTE: These options will not be enabled unless you have permission to vacate residents.

Rental Add-Ons are paid amenities (or add-ons) that residents opt into paying while living at a Property. If you have the permissions, you are able to edit these here. If you are not granted access to change the permissions for Rental Add-Ons, you can only view the Unit's Associated Add-Ons.

Step 1: Edit

To edit a Unit's Rental Add-On, simply toggle the switch for the option you want on or off.

This tab shows the Residents that are currently occupying the Unit you are viewing the Details page for you can visit the Resident Actions page by clicking a Resident's name.

To send a Unit an email from ExactEstate, you need to click the button here.

Once the button is clicked you will be provided an interface to write an email to the Residents in the Unit. Press "Send Email" to send them the email you construct.

This tab shows any open work orders for a selected Unit.

Note that clicking a row will take you to the Work Order's Information

Notifications are messages that you wish to send to Residents where they will be able to see them from the "Resident Portal".

Step 1

To create a new Notification, simply click the Icon.

Step 2: Create the Notification

Now that the message modal is on the screen you are able to write the notification you wish the resident to see.

Note the option to additionally send the email to the Unit, this will email all Residents in the Unit the notification you write.

Step 3: Delete the Notification

Click the Icon to delete the Notification.

And now you must confirm the removal of the Notification.
