You are able to submit Notifications for Units that can either be emailed to all Residents in the Unit or just displayed in the Resident Portal for each Resident in the Unit with only a few simple actions. Notifications can be things such as notices to pay rent, party invites, or anything else that you can imagine that a Unit would need to be notified about. You can submit Notifications for any Unit for the Property you currently have selected.
The capability of the search and filtering options with our tables can be seen in the Table Functionality tab of the Getting Started section of this guide.
To Create a new Notification, simply click the "Create New" navigation link in the header of the page as shown below.
After the link is clicked a pop-up modal appears in which you can create the new Notification. If you wish to email the Residents in the Unit as well as have this Notification appear on the Resident Portal that they login to in order to pay, click the "Send Email Of Notification" checkbox before submitting the form.
To open the "Options" click the Icon.
Once clicked, the Options Panel appears in which you are able to delete Notifications written to Residents.
You must confirm the removal of the Notification before it will be deleted.
