What types of properties can I manage?
Affordable housing (LIHTC, HUD, TRACS, USDA/RD & MINC, HOME), market-rate multifamily, HOAs, condo associations, and mixed portfolios. If it’s residential, we can handle it.

Pricing & Billing
How much does ExactEstate cost?
$3 per unit per month. Everything included. (Under 100 units? Flat $300/month.)
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your monthly fee covers the full platform– no upsells, no premium tiers.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Flexible 12-month agreement. Stay because it works, not because you’re stuck.
What about payment processing fees?
We offer some of the lowest ACH and credit card rates in the industry—always shared upfront. Unlike others, we don’t treat your residents’ payments as our profit center.
Do you offer integrations?
Yes. Optional integrations with partners like Payabli, ShofCorp, and TenantAlert are available if you want them. Everything else is included.

How long does onboarding take?
Your properties can be live in days, not months. We handle the migration and setup.

Do you offer maintenance tracking?
Yes. Residents submit requests through the portal, your team manages from their phones, and you track it all in one dashboard.
What accounting features are included?
Everything: general ledger, AP/AR, vendor management, bank rec, budgets, custom reports, depreciation, and more. No separate accounting software required.
Do you offer tenant screening?
Yes. Integrated with TenantAlert for credit checks, eviction history, criminal/sex offender registry, bankruptcies, liens, SSN verification, and more.
How does rent collection work?
Residents pay online via ACH or card (lowest processing fees in the industry). Autopay available. Funds typically hit your account within 24-48 hours.
Does ExactEstate work on mobile?
Yes. Residents, managers, and maintenance can all use it from any device.
What about compliance and reporting?
Built-in support for HUD TRACS, USDA/RD MINC, LIHTC, and more. Reports formatted exactly as agencies require.
